SAPRO International

SAPRO is a company that exports South African products to expats around the globe. The task was to design a website that caught the essences of SA, but also had a product catalogue that was easy to search.

The journey started with a Survey which was sent to all clients around the globes, asking about the pain points of the current site, what they would like to see more of, what they miss most about SA, what technology they where using to search the website and product catalogue and incorporated learning from SAPRO’s Google Analytics data to see if their where any trends.

From the research, we developed a prototype for web and mobile which was sent back to the SAPRO clients for testing, commenting and from there, the 1 screen scroll website was developed with a click through to a product catalogue.
